Custom Tack was started in 1998 while James was attending class at Texas A&M. After graduating Texas A&M, James moved back to his hometown of Rockdale and set up a larger shop where now he and his wife Dusti reside and work together.

Over the years Custom Tack has grown tremendously. We now ship all over the United States and Canada. We strive to provide quality leather products at affordable prices to all of our customers. We use only the finest Hermann Oak Leathers and will continue to do so for many more years. In the future we hope to grow yet even more and provide our customers with more unique leather goods which they can enjoy and use.
